Making Space for More

Autumn is in full swing here in Colorado. The red, green, and gold leaves are glowing on the trees. The dried leaves are piling up on the ground and I find myself dragging my feet through them to hear them rustle, only to turn around and walk on them to hear the crunch beneath my feet. I love this time of year and appreciate what the trees are teaching me. To be mindful of my time and energy, letting go and shedding some of my own leaves, making space for more.

New beginnings remind me of fluffy dandelion seeds dancing in the wind. Their destination is unknown and they fly freely, trusting that where they land is where they’re meant to be. This is the essence of The Fool archetype in tarot.

The Fool’s energy lives in all of us. Each time we take a risk, follow our hearts, step away from perfection into the unknown, we are living like The Fool.

This past week, I had the honor of leading two workshops exploring The Fool energy through a guided visualization. It was a journey of transformation and rebirth, where people embodied The Fool archetype, stepping into a new beginning and leaping into the unknown.

At the end of each workshop, there were some amazing shares. Some people used words, others created drawings and paintings. Collectively, a beautiful collage of everyone’s experiences came together. With each share, my heart expanded and I walked away feeling refreshed, healed, and inspired.

I love these sacred containers I can create and hold. A space where you can be yourself and feel held as I take you on a journey, shining a light on your inner world. Each of us taking a leap together, illuminating your path to healing and freedom.

What is whispering from within that needs some space? Is there anything you need to let go of that Mother Earth can compost for you? How much space do you need for your Self and your dreams? How do you get empty to get full?
